I got this during the summer 2019 from a barn (literally) in Ash, Kent. I knew nothing about them but just loved it right away. When the old boy pedalled it and started it running (terribley!) I saw the engine pivot and thought how cool is that!! So armed with knowledge of friends who had them I began learning about it and trying to fix it and get it to run properly

The electrics were the reason why it wouldn’t run. Phil noticed right away! It had the wrong condenser and the points had seen better days. He advised me to fit a new carb and reckoned it would run well. He was right! New points, condenser, a bit of fiddling with timing and chasing a few electrical issues and she was running well! The new Gunter carb made all the difference too! [img src=" i.postimg.cc/FKWD8P4T/205-A1787-DF05-4698-8-A23-E947-C367239-A.jpg" src=" " alt=" "]

After lots of rides I started to have a few issues with power loss and so thought as it’s 50years old it could just be worn out and so ordered an Airsal 66.5cc barrell and piston for it

She (wobble) runs a treat now! I have done loads of miles this summer around the Kent country side. A nice set of leather panniers are now fitted too
